The ERAS team at the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux wanted to train all clinical nurse specialists working on the ERAS program in health literacy and plain language writing.

- Developed a pre-surgery guide template
- Rewrote 2 pre-surgery guides in plain language for knee and hip replacements in French and English
- Supported the graphic design team in using information design principles
