The team at the Fondation Olo wanted to assess the clarity of its written materials.
We provided support in a variety of ways
- Assessed the clarity of a sample of documents
- Wrote a clarity assessment report with recommendations for writing and information design
We have worked together on different projects
- Provided tailored training on health literacy and plain language writing for the internal team
- Provided tailored training on plain language oral communication for nutritionists in the Olo Care initiative
- Reviewed and commented on various infographics and documents
- Wrote blog articles for the website
- Conducted usability tests on recipes developed by the Foundation and presented the results in a detailed report
