When to contact us

You can contact us as soon as you have information to review or communicate. In fact, the sooner, the better… but it’s never too late to do so!

As the work of plain language begins long before a communication is written or revised, we suggest that you contact us as soon as it is possible for you. We will be able to organize our involvement in your project and make a work plan.

How does it work?

First, we determine with you the number of consulting hours required. This is what we call a bank of hours. You may need a greater or lesser number of hours depending on the size of your project.

In any case, we help you to properly assess the needs, and then, the support begins!
