It all started with a need
The PLEIS-NB French-speaking team wanted guidance on how to apply plain language principles.
We provided support in a variety of ways
- Provided training on literacy and plain language writing for French-speaking members of the team
- Translated plain language style guide from English to French, with adaptations for the French language
- Assessed the clarity of various educational and legal information documents and suggested rephrasing or rewriting
